Brick Voiceover Expansion: Making Bricks Even More Accessible

We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our Brick Voiceover feature. Now, eligible creators can automatically generate voiceovers for their Bricks, making it easier than ever to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.

• Enhanced Accessibility: Voiceovers improve accessibility for learners with visual impairments or language barriers.
• Increased Engagement: Voiceovers can enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Streamlined Workflow: Automatic voiceover generation simplifies the Brick creation process.

Who’s Eligible?

To automatically generate voiceovers, users must:

• Have a subscription to RxBricks
• Have either the Brick Institutional Admin or Faculty Brick Author role
• Have the Institutional flag enabled on their profile

Please Note:

• If a user publishes a Brick as non-institutional and becomes an institutional user, the system will not automatically generate a voiceover for the original brick. To create a voiceover, the user can clone the Brick and publish the clone.
• Please be aware that Brick publishing times may increase slightly as the system generates voiceovers.
